At The Empire

My office is around the corner from the Empire State Building and I frequent the Walgreens next door regularly, but thankfully, I do not walk past the landmark on my way to work every morning. Someone remind me again why Americans feel it's necessary to have the choice to carry a gun.

(And wow, thanks to every panicked friend who called this morning to make sure I didn't have a bullet lodged somewhere in me.)
