Is A Frozen Treat Too Much To Ask?

I had a serious hankering for a strawberry milkshake from McDonald's tonight. We had a long day helping our sister move into her smashing new upper west side apartment and as soon as we surfaced from Suburban Station we nearly ran over to the ghetto Mickey D's on Walnut Street...only to have the bouncer from the club across the street stare at me as I unsuccessfully (and quite pathetically) yanked the locked door to the golden arches. Solution: we thought we'd settle for iced coffee drinks from Cosi, but their lights were turned off. They close at 10 on Sundays, too! As a final resort, we headed over to CVS in search of coffee ice cream but the bro doesn't like quality ice cream and wanted Breyers instead. It looks like neither of us deserved a frozen treat today after all.
