A glob of my favorite strawberry jam (I overlook the fact that Bonne Maman preserves sold in New York are bottled in New Jersey) with a mess of organic Stonyfield plain yogurt and a generous handful of high-calorie organic almond granola from the Westside Market on the UWS.
