Potato, Oil, and Salt

I'm not sure why Herr's named these chips "The New Yorker" as they resemble neither the magazine nor a sassy urbanite, but whatever the reason, it doesn't change the fact that these chips are marvelous.  Thin, crispy, and lightly salted.  Simple and perfect.
